Short answers about where Valizent's products stand today.
Are the products available now?
Valizent WMS is available with a free 21-day trial. NFC Digital Visiting Cards and ICSA are coming soon, and there is no launch date to announce.
Is this website where I will use the products?
No. Each product has its own application and accounts. This website introduces them and is where launch details will be published.
Does tapping an NFC card save my contact automatically?
No. Tapping or scanning opens the profile. The visitor then chooses Save Contact, which downloads a contact file for their phone.
Does the NFC card need a subscription?
Pricing and terms will be published when ordering opens. Nothing can be ordered or paid for today.
Does ICSA take payments?
Payment options are planned. We will confirm exactly what is supported before launch.
Do you build custom websites and software?
Occasionally, for other businesses. It is secondary to our products.
Which languages does the website support?
English and Arabic.
How long do you keep my details?
Waitlist and enquiry records are kept for 24 months after last contact, then deleted unless we must keep them longer. Order records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet accounting rules in Saudi Arabia (typically up to six years). You can ask us to delete your data using the contact form; say that it is a deletion request.
