Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Valizent Technologies website, waitlists, enquiries and, when it is switched on, NFC card ordering. By using the site you agree to them.
The website
This site describes Valizent products and services. Content is provided so you can learn what we build. It is not a live product application. We may change or withdraw pages without notice.
Coming soon
NFC Digital Visiting Cards and ICSA are not for sale on this site until we say they are live. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a product, a price or a launch date. Valizent WMS is used in its own application, with its own sign-in.
Waitlists and enquiries
Give accurate details. We will use them only as the Privacy notice describes. We do not have to accept every enquiry or custom project.
NFC card orders
Ordering is closed until an administrator opens it. When it is open, an order is a request to produce physical cards and a hosted digital profile. You confirm that you have the right to use the name, logo and details you submit. The on-screen preview is not a print proof; production follows an approved proof.
Changes, price and delivery
Two artwork changes are included unless the order settings say otherwise. Extra changes may be chargeable; we will tell you before doing paid extra work. Prices are in Saudi riyal. VAT, delivery fees and whether payment is required before production are shown at checkout from the settings in force when you submit. We arrange delivery by hand until a courier integration exists.
Payment
Online card payment is not connected yet. If we take payment, it is recorded by Valizent (for example a bank transfer) unless a payment provider is later enabled and named at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's orders, submit malware, or use the service for unlawful content. We may cancel an order or remove a hosted profile that breaks these terms or the law.
Intellectual property
Valizent owns this website, its design and our product names. You keep ownership of the logo and copy you upload; you grant us a licence to use them to fulfil your order and host your profile.
Liability
The site is provided as described. We are not liable for loss that we could not reasonably foresee, or for content you submit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Saudi law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
