Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Valizent Technologies collects on this website, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. It applies to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Who we are
Valizent Technologies is a software company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We have not yet published a registered commercial address on this site; that address will appear here and on the Contact page as soon as it is confirmed. Until then, write to us through the Contact form.
What this notice covers
This website, product waitlists, general and project enquiries, NFC card orders and hosted digital profiles, and the files you upload for those orders. Each product application (Valizent WMS, ICSA and others) will have its own notice when it launches. This site does not share accounts with those applications.
Data we collect
On waitlists: email, and optionally name, company and language. On enquiries: name, email, and optionally phone, company, message and language. On NFC orders: card details you enter, a logo if you upload one, delivery contact and address, and later artwork proofs. We also store that you consented, when, and which wording version you saw. Server logs may hold IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to run the site and limit abuse.
Why we use it
Waitlist and enquiry data is used only to reply to you and to tell you when a product launches, on the basis of the consent you tick. Order data is used to build, proof, pay for, deliver and support your cards, as a contract. Logs are used to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist and enquiry records: 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless a legal duty requires a longer period. NFC orders, proofs and payment records: as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet accounting and tax rules in Saudi Arabia (typically up to six years). Hosted card profiles: until the related order is cancelled and the profile is withdrawn, or you ask us to take it down. Logs: a short operational period.
Who we share it with
Hosting and database providers that run this site, and — when you have ordered cards — people at Valizent who prepare artwork, take payment records and arrange delivery. If a live payment provider is connected later, that provider will receive the amount and references needed to take the payment, not your card artwork. We do not pass waitlist or enquiry lists to marketers.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold, or to withdraw waitlist or enquiry consent. Use the Contact form and say that it is a privacy request. We will need enough detail to find your record (usually the email you used). We may refuse a request that we must keep for an order, a dispute or the law, and we will say so.
Cookies and this device
We store your theme choice and, while you build an NFC order, a draft on the server tied to this browser. Admin sign-in uses an HttpOnly session cookie. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies on the public site.
Children
This site is for businesses. Do not submit personal data about anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when the notice changes. The consent tick on each form records which wording version you accepted.
